The IT Group required services to design and implement a resource planning framework to support improved project management, resource management and workforce planning. Other deliverables included the end-to-end implementation of a new activity-based costing solution, project costing and reporting framework, ICT benchmarking (AGIMO) including establishment of BAU baseline, ICT budget management solution, and fee review to support IPA’s Cost Recovery Impact Statement (CRIS).
