Project brief: The IT Group required the development of a new ICT financial management reporting framework to enable more informed decision making for the CIO and ICT managers, including the design and implementation of business-focused ICT products/services catalogue.

Deliverables: Key achievements included:

• Clear line of sight between ICT inputs and products/services being delivered to business;
• Implementation of a framework upon which business can be more accountable for ICT expenditure;
• Clear separation of ICT BAU from Non-BAU resourcing enabling increased confidence in investment decisions;
• Increased confidence for the CIO in key benchmarking and other reporting obligations; and
• Robust evidence base to support the CIO’s internal resource bid.
